The newly built bungalow, completed in 2026, features contemporary architecture with flexible roof designs — both mono-pitch and gable roof options are available.
With approximately 540 sq ft of living space (about 50 m²), the barrier-free, senior-friendly bungalow provides all the amenities required for comfortable living.
The property includes a bathroom and a private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The fully self-sufficient bungalows are professionally marketed through platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb.comand are laid out on a single level on individual plots of approximately 8,600 sq ft (about 800 m²).
First occupancy ensures high-quality finishes and a like-new condition. Each bungalow offers two rooms, which can be used flexibly. A three-room configuration is also available upon request.
The bungalows are primarily designed for investors; however, expatriates and long-term residents are equally welcome. The cost of living on the island is exceptionally affordable.
For example, five large fish purchased directly from a local fisherman cost approximately USD 0.80. Fresh fruit, nuts, and other local specialties are also available at very reasonable prices.
